DESCRIPTION
In the early 50s, the Round D.154.5 armchair marked a turning point in Gio Ponti's furniture designs thanks to its modern, essential shapes and the use of innovative materials such as curved plywood. After more than 60 years, Molteni&C decided to revive this masterpiece in collaboration with the Ponti Archives, creating the Molteni&C Heritage Collection reissue project. The armchair in question shows no obvious signs of wear, except for a few micro-cracks and a small chip in the curved plywood. Dimensions: W 61 cm, D 72 cm, H 80 cm.
